Tom Nuttle - Senior Managed Care Consultant  

Tom Nuttle has over 20 years of healthcare industry experience. During his tenure at Glenridge Mr. Nuttle has successfully negotiated on behalf of regional and national payers with health systems and all types of providers while adhering to language and cost parameters. He has participated on a variety of network development engagements.

Prior to Glenridge, Mr. Nuttle has worked in a variety of network development & provider relations management positions, including a Vice President position. His previous work experience includes directing specific lines of business and provider relations for integrated health care delivery systems. He has been responsible for creating and implementing program strategies that have generated program growth, technology advancement, and quality compliance. He is a skilled negotiator that has negotiated all types of agreements, including acting as union liaison with labor management. His Operations experience includes measuring managed program outcomes and events through data compilation and interpretation ensuring continuous program improvement while meeting compliance standards. In his network development positions, he has ensured network development goals were reached on-time and on-budget while developing relationships with providers and administrators to ensure effective program implementation. In addition, Mr. Nuttle has a robust financial background, including experience with provider payment, reimbursement strategy development and audits. He has developed a comprehensive medical cost report system and implemented provider risk and gain sharing incentive based programs. He has also acted in a variety of financial management positions where he oversaw the efforts of HMO related financial analysis and accounting including capitation and DRG studies, completed expansion feasibility studies, and developed and filed annual premium rates.
