Mr. Lynch is a Glenridge Consultant with ten years of experience in project management; institutional contracting; provider network development; management operations and information systems technologies. Mr. Lynch has numerous engagements in regional health plan operations, contract management, and practice management, particularly provider network development, and financial acceleration initiatives for health plans and provider organizations.
His experience includes large regional health plan support in negotiating hospital contracts, language structure, reimbursement methodologies, software implementation, financial analysis and auditing. And also small scale payer engagements designed to build and/or enhance payers’ networks of physician, ancillary, and dental providers. In regional health plan engagements, Mr. Lynch supports the hospital contract departments by working with legal teams, analyzing payment structures and impacts related to medical budgets, training employees, and utilizes client systems to develop project reporting and tracking routes. Mr. Lynch works extensively on network development assignments with the health plan management to analyze contract terms, fee schedules, documentation and multiple reporting requirements. He uses Glenridge and client systems to customize databases, project management reports, provider relations material and staff training material. Additionally, Mr. Lynch has experience as both practice manager and consultant for physician practices. His familiarity with the providers’ operations, systems and revenue cycle management issues make him uniquely qualified and highly credible in network development / physician recruiting engagements.
