Nancy Fisher - Senior Managed Care Consultant  

Nancy Fisher has over 20 years of healthcare experience. She is a skilled negotiator with success executing agreements with hospitals, large medical groups, PHOs/IPAs, SNFs, ancillary providers for Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial products. Ms. Fisher has participated in a variety of network development initiatives which have included complex language and rate terms and proposals ranging from a local surge to a large National network build. She is an expert in regard to provider data, provider services and network development tools. She has participated in strategic plan development for hospitals/health systems and completed provider data clean-up and claims audits. Ms. Fisher has valuable knowledge and experience in Medicare/Government segment, particularly in reform development, application submissions and liaison capacities.

Prior to joining Glenridge, Ms. Fisher has been successful in a wide range of positions, particularly in healthplan, health system, provider organization and ambulatory care operations. She has acted as a Vice President of Operations with a variety of organizations that has given her a wide range of knowledge in this capacity. In her various positions, she was responsible for negotiating agreements and providing executive oversight, vision, leadership and support for all aspects the health plan’s operations. In addition, she worked with CMS to develop a demonstration project, identify potential contracting opportunities and acted as primary content negotiator with U.S. Congressional representatives for reform bills. She has designed and managed organizational infrastructure to provide practice management and care management (case management, utilization review, QA, risk management) for a health system and health plan covering over 80,000 full-risk lives with a revenue base of $130 million. Ms. Fisher has handled the negotiations and managed for provider contracts and practice acquisition activities including credentialing functions. She has developed and managed processes for operational evaluation of practice operations for efficiency and financial viability. She has evaluated, selected, implemented practice management and care management information systems. She has developed strategic planning process for information systems and medical group operations and strategic systems plan for facilities while providing project management support for the assessment, prioritization and implementation of regional medical facilities systems requirements.
