Vice President/CIO, David has over twenty years of managed care and information systems experience. His expertise includes managed care program implementation, health plan and provider practice management information systems design and implementation, provider relations and customer service, project management and provider network development.  His primary focus includes systems configuration and integration, development of database and web-enabled data management tools, and large scale project management.  He is responsible for the development of Glenridge proprietary network development application, WebTRACK©, and serves as Data Manager on large scale network development initiatives in which WebTRACK© is used as the project platform.  Mr. Pavlik develops technology tools and operational processes to assure project goals are met, efficiencies are achieved, personnel and systems are integrated, and project data is accessible throughout the course of the engagement. 

Prior to joining Glenridge, Mr. Pavlik held several management positions in Provider Relations and Information Systems for local and regional provider-sponsored Managed Care Organizations.  In those roles he developed and managed a fully functional, multi-site provider relations unit responsible for network development and the full range of provider services.  Additionally, Mr. Pavlik played in integral role in the configuration, development and implementation of the MCO’s information systems.  As Senior Consultant and Project Manager, Mr. Pavlik works with clients on a broad array of development and operational engagements.  As CIO, he Leads the IT team and all aspects of data management, reporting and technology platforms.
