Our History  

Founded in 1997as a boutique consulting firm to regional healthplans and health systems, Glenridge Healthcare Solutions has evolved into a leader in network development and data management tools with national clients and engagements.  Principal, Terry Spoleti, an original founder of the organization, developed Glenridge to serve the management and program development needs of healthplans and provider organizations in a time of massive regulatory reform, managed care upheaval and deep division between payer and provider.  As the industry and leaders have evolved, so has Glenridge.

Seasoned Team of Professionals
The Glenridge team of professionals has years of healthcare experience in careers that span the many forms of insurance companies, managed care organizations and healthcare delivery systems. Glenridge senior team is comprised of seasoned professionals who have learned important lessons from career successes as well as a few failures.  They come into Glenridge with lessons learned and ‘seasoning’ that enables our consultants to assess environmental trends and analyze risks and opportunities – and then determine feasibility and scope of program implementation by assessing the organization’s capacity for growth, innovation and administration.   This focus on implementation assures we can achieve project objectives and deliver results.
 
Technology and Project Management Tools
In one of our earliest engagements Glenridge was called on by a regional healthplan to assist in a large scale network expansion and provider relations initiative.  From the outset we recognized the need for better technology tools and project management expertise to enable our clients and our project teams to communicate, analyze and measure effectiveness.   We applied our many years of successful managed care and network development experience into developing systems, applications, protocols and methodologies to optimize our performance and deliverables.  Over the years we have expanded this into a portfolio of robust tools that provide tremendous value-added service to our clients. These tools enable us and our clients to ‘industrialize’ network builds, assure quality and consistency of service, and customize analytics and real-time reporting on status and network information to all the stakeholders.  This applies to building new provider networks, enhancing existing networks and developing new programs to enhance network performance and provider engagement.

Our relationships with our clients are typically long term, as we demonstrate lasting value and provide meaningful and seamless integration with the client’s systems, processes and staff.  Our goal is to partner with our clients as they develop and expand their products and markets.  We are always expanding our teams and enhancing our tools and approaches to continually improve and solve for our clients’ challenges.    As we look at the challenges and opportunities facing our industry, we are positioned to work with industry innovators to develop programs and metrics to achieve network performance and stability according to new quality and financial standards.
